Community Centres – where are they and how do I book to use them?
All community centres in the local area are owned by either Blacktown City Council or The Hills Shire Council. Please see their websites for information and contact details. The Ponds Community Hub is available for hire by emailing email@example.com or phone 8814 5385. A caretaker is on site Monday to Friday 9 am to 12 pm. The Lake Neighbourhood Centre is not available for bookings at this stage, but bookings will be taken via The Ponds Hub.
Parks – what do I do about holding a party in a park at The Ponds?
All the parks at The Ponds are there for you to enjoy and you are welcome to have a party of get together. Bookings are not needed. It is important to remember our parks have under grass watering systems and you must not use any stakes or pegs. Please take your rubbish home with you and leave the park clean and tidy. If you have used one of the BBQs, please clean it after use. Let’s keep The Ponds beautiful together! If you wish to hold an event, you need to contact Blacktown City Council.
Dumping of rubbish – who do I contact?
If you see anyone dumping rubbish illegally, please get a registration plate number if possible. You can call council on 9839 6000.
Street light is out - who do I contact?
Go to endeavourenergy.com.au, click on Report a street light fault and fill in the online form.
